Praha -> České Budějovice
Welp we had transfers this week and I'm out of Prague! Low key kinda sad but it was time for me to go and experience another area. The difference is crazy and I've gotta get used to it. I went from being surrounded by 10 missionaries, plus the mission presidents family and another senior companionship all day every day. And now I'm chillin by myself with my comp 2 hours away from any other missionary in a town in the south of Czechia. We had 12 people at church which was a pretty good amount so it's just completely different. It's a beautiful town but we are just outside a lot of the day and trying to make good use of our time always instead of just on the streets for 5 straight hours.
Other than that it's fire here, it's a lot of other missionaries favorite area so that's exciting. My last couple days in Prague were really good. We had some great lessons with people and it was awesome. I said bye to some of the people I've come close with and my last night there we had a fire member Meal. They fed us some food That my mom would make so it was great. We ate a lottt. That next day I said bye to some missionaries that are going home and other missionaries staying in Prague and I dipped to my new area in České Budějovice. The past 3 days were super chill and it's soo much slower paced here. I gave a good talk in church again and might have to do that like every 3 weeks cause our branch is so small. My Czech is also about to get so much better just cause not too many people speak English here and I'm gonna be on the streets for like 4 hours every day. It's gonna be great!
Nothing too crazy so ill just end with a spiritual Thought. Alma 33:23 “And now, my brethren, I desire that ye shall plant this word in your hearts, and as it beginneth to swell even so nourish it by your faith. And behold, it will become a tree, springing up in you unto everlasting life. And then may God grant unto you that your burdens may be light, through the joy of his Son. And even all this can ye do if ye will. Amen.” I know that as we continue to do the small things every day and continue to nourish our small seed that our faith can become great. It doesn't matter where your testimony is right now, it will grow stronger and stronger when you do the little things every day. When we stop watering that seed that's when our faith and testimony can get a little shaky. Nothing can turn us away if we have that faith building experience everyday through the scriptures and prayer.
I love you guys and hope you are all doing great!!
