Úspěšný Týden

We had such an awesome week. Life is going really well and I feel incredibly blessed. The only thing that could be frustrating me right now is how much of a grind the past 12 weeks were with not too much success, compared to only one week with my new comp filled with just joy, fun, and already as much success as like the first 7 weeks of last transfer combined haha. Genuinely I don't think I could be happier so it's great!

This week was really successful if you compare it to a lot of my other weeks here. We actually only had about 2 or 3 lessons this week, and dropped almost every single one of our friends, super unfortunate, but this area is going to be absolutely popping in a couple weeks. One of the biggest miracles of the week was church. This week at church we only had 5 members pull up, kinda brutal, but we also had 5 of our friends come. I think that's gotta be some sort of record haha. It was actually so incredible and heavenly has been blessing us like crazy. Last night we also had the opportunity to teach somebody the whole restoration lesson on the street. He was an 18 year old kid and it was actually really cool. He didn't want to exchange numbers and probably not interested unfortunately but it was still a miracle just that we were able to teach him. He left with a Book of Mormon as well so that's always good. We had our district council on Tuesday so we were in Plzeň which is like 2 hours away. It was fun and we did like the most affective 30 minute finding blitz of my life. Me and Elder folkman (who serves in plzen) received like 2 contacts and handed out like 5 cards with our facebook and church information. Super lit. Honestly a super normal week with nothing crazy. But im loving it and love the work right now which is always good.

"The greatest compliment that can be earned here in this life is to be known as a covenant keeper. The rewards for a covenant keeper will be realized both here and hereafter” Russell M. Nelson. Our mission has really been focusing on covenants this whole month. To be completely honest, I didn't even really know what a covenant was before I came on my mission. That word meant pretty much nothing to me haha. But as I've been on my mission and studied and reviewed my covenants, I have grown closer to my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ because of it. Even though some of the greatest blessings from our covenants come from the next life, the blessings in this life are the greatest gift ever.

Definitely go review and study covenants if you haven't in a while, they are super important!!
