Jihlava Elders

Yoo what's up everybody! Hopefully people start getting my emails. If this is your first email in like 5 months, ask me for other ones and I can send you them. Hopefully this works tho.
I don't have too much time to write but this week was pretty good. I was feeling pretty sick for a few days so i asked elder Hinckley for a blessing so i could be healthy enough to work hard and i somehow made it which is a blessing. 
This week pretty much the coolest thing that happened was that we had exchanges with the other elders and I got to run it with elder Heineman which was sweet!! We walked outside right after our daily planning and for the first 45 minutes he looked at me and was like, "is this how mean the people are every day??" We couldn't get a single person to stop walking for a while. Then we saw some awesome miracles the rest of the day. We talked to this one dude and he said we can share our message for like 15 Minutes so we sat on a bench and had a lesson with him. That's the first time that's ever happened to me in this area and it was amazing. We had like 4 other people that said they could come to church or meet and they all already ghosted us. I genuinely don't understand how we could have such a good convo and tell them exactly what a meeting with us look like or how church will go, and they say they are excited to meet with us, then we never hear from them again. They playin with us haha. We were finally able to have an online lesson again with one of our friends and she's going to pray about a bap date again so that could ve awesome. 
Sunday we had the primary program and that's always amazing. We have 3 primary kids and it was super funny to watch but they killed it. Other than that I'm chillin here in a small town of czech republic. Not sure how I survived the winter last year but im not excited to be in the coldest area out of all the czech republic missionaries for the winter. Especially when we are outside about 5 hours a day. We have transfers in about 2 weeks and we have no clue what's happening, but it will be good no matter what happens. 
I love all you guys! Keep reading the book of Mormon and studying Jesus christ Atonement! They are both amazing and you will understand them more and more every time you study them!

Dang this was such a normal week, but I'll try to make this interesting. Monday we had a district p day which was awesome. I used to have those every week in Prague, I definitely miss those days haha. But we went to one of the prettiest places in the country, it was literally a fairy tale land. But it was an awesome day and gave us some energy for the long week we had. We ended that day with some street contacting, picking up elder Rowes wallet from the train station cause he lost it, and then killing around 15 spiders that have been lurking in our church building for probably the past 5 years.  Tuesday was a completely normal day, we visited an inactive member and she said she's definitely not going to come back to church. Kinda unfortunate.  Wednesday was the first day of my mission that I have ever gone door to door contacting. It was actually a lot of fun but dang nobody wanted to talk with us. This is actually going to be such a short email cause I don't feel really good, but this week was so awesome. Pretty much the first half of the week was pretty great, normal missionary work. We were able to teach a couple lessons and talk with lots of people. Good stuff. Thursday we went to the other elders area and I ran an exchange with my old comp from Prague elder Lawrence. That was a good time and good to be back together. The exchange was pretty great. That next day I had my last VISA appointment in Prague and now I have my visa which is good. Elder Hinckley still has 2 more so we will be going back again very soon. Pretty bad timing but its alr.  The best part of the week was that i was able to return to CBUD for a baptism of one of our friends that I was able to teach before i left. She is so amazing, already has the strongest testimony! She has some family members in the church so she has been reading the Book of mormon a little bit over the past couple years. One day she ...

Week 88 Or Something As A Missionary

Whats up everybody! This week was really awesome! It started off with a lot of late nights preparing for ZC and some other things, but it was a lot of fun.  It's been a crazy past couple of weeks. As a mission, we always have a monthly focus. Througout our MLC about a month ago, we counciled about things and decided that the best monthly focus for our mission would be, "Confidence and Christ". We were planning a lot of things, even as we were preparing for a zone conference, we were completely focusing on how to grow in our confidence in Christ. Then as we watched General Conference, President Nelsons talk was titled, "Confidence in the Presence of God". It was such an incredible feeling, knowing that our mission is focusing exactly on what the Prophet feels need to share with us.  Zone Conference went great, all the trainings and thoughts were all focused on growing our confidence through charity and Virtue and how to apply it directly into missionary work.
