Back In Prague

Hey Everybody! Thank you for all the birthday wishes! This week was really great and a super exhausting one as well! I was blessed to have a couple exchanges this week and spent my birthday in Prague on an exchange so it was a super awesome week! 
The work here in our zone is going super well! Right now we are getting about 105 finds every week which is super awesome! When I got to the mission, we had a superrr young mission and we were getting like 20ish finds a week. Now we are all super old and the work is moving super well. 
Here in Mladá Boleslav we are having more and more lessons every week which is super good, but not many of them are progressing very well so we are working on it. 
I had a super awesome exchange with elder bayles in Prague on thursday. We had lunch with my friend Peter valert who got baptized a year ago. It was my first time seeing him in about 8 months so that was a great time! We also had a super spirit filled lesson with a girl in her second lesson. We taught her the plan of salvation and everything was just like clicking for her. She's atheist and so it's all pretty new for her but we talked about baptism and so we will see what happens. 
We had some super good things happening with our new members this week. One of them will be getting the aaronic priesthood this next Sunday! Such a miracle! He's been inactive for about 3 months, but just quit his job so that he can make it to church more. We had a super great lesson with another new member and I saw that spirit working through us to answer some of his questions. Also hopped on a call with one of our new members and his family in Uganda to pray for them that their sickness will go away. All super cool experiences and an amazing week! 
These past couple of weeks ive had a goal to be able to apply the Book of Mormon in lessons and in real life situations a lot more. So I've been going through the whole Book of Mormon and finding some of my favorite scriptures that i can use to better teach people and it's been a great reminder to see how many incredible scriptures are in the Book of Mormon and how it is written for our day! 
Mosiah 3:17
And moreover, I say unto you, that there shall be no other name given nor any other way nor means whereby salvation can come unto the children of men, only in and through the name of Christ, the Lord Omnipotent.
Jesus Christ is Savior and our best Friend. Because of him we can live again with our Heavenly Father and our families for all of eternity. That is the greatest blessing i could think of and I'm soo grateful for it! I'm soo grateful that i get to be his representative and share this truth with others.

Dang this was such a normal week, but I'll try to make this interesting. Monday we had a district p day which was awesome. I used to have those every week in Prague, I definitely miss those days haha. But we went to one of the prettiest places in the country, it was literally a fairy tale land. But it was an awesome day and gave us some energy for the long week we had. We ended that day with some street contacting, picking up elder Rowes wallet from the train station cause he lost it, and then killing around 15 spiders that have been lurking in our church building for probably the past 5 years.  Tuesday was a completely normal day, we visited an inactive member and she said she's definitely not going to come back to church. Kinda unfortunate.  Wednesday was the first day of my mission that I have ever gone door to door contacting. It was actually a lot of fun but dang nobody wanted to talk with us. This is actually going to be such a short email cause I don't feel really good, but this week was so awesome. Pretty much the first half of the week was pretty great, normal missionary work. We were able to teach a couple lessons and talk with lots of people. Good stuff. Thursday we went to the other elders area and I ran an exchange with my old comp from Prague elder Lawrence. That was a good time and good to be back together. The exchange was pretty great. That next day I had my last VISA appointment in Prague and now I have my visa which is good. Elder Hinckley still has 2 more so we will be going back again very soon. Pretty bad timing but its alr.  The best part of the week was that i was able to return to CBUD for a baptism of one of our friends that I was able to teach before i left. Week 88 Or Something As A Missionary

Whats up everybody! This week was really awesome! It started off with a lot of late nights preparing for ZC and some other things, but it was a lot of fun.  It's been a crazy past couple of weeks. As a mission, we always have a monthly focus. Througout our MLC about a month ago, we counciled about things and decided that the best monthly focus for our mission would be, "Confidence and Christ". We were planning a lot of things, even as we were preparing for a zone conference, we were completely focusing on how to grow in our confidence in Christ. Then as we watched General Conference, President Nelsons talk was titled, "Confidence in the Presence of God". It was such an incredible feeling, knowing that our mission is focusing exactly on what the Prophet feels need to share with us.  Zone Conference went great, all the trainings and thoughts were all focused on growing our confidence through charity and Virtue and how to apply it directly into missionary work.
