Zůstáváme Spolu
This was another good week. We had mid-transfers on Saturday night and I will be staying with my comp which I'm super hyped for. Things have been soo awesome here!
This will be a quicker one. We were able to see the power of faith This week which was really cool. We didn't have very many lessons This tuesday or Wednesday and so that meant tons of time outside on the streets the entire day. On Tuesday we street contacted 6 hours and we didn't find a single person that wanted to meet again. It was crazy humbling and I haven't had that happen in quite a while. But Wednesday we were planning our day and decided to keep our goals super high and trust that God would bless us with our efforts. That Wednesday was the most people I've ever found in one day on my mission! It was super cool to see how this truly is God's work and when we trust in him we can see some incredible miracles!
We were blessed to travel on Friday to Karlovy Vary a Cheb. Karlovy Vary is one of the prettiest places in the czech republic. We received a refferal on thursday and it was a member from Kazakhstan/Las vegas that needed a blessing. So we were able to give her a blessing and it was a cool experience. We also traveled to cheb with the sisters and taught a mom with her 3 children. It was an interesting but cool experience. She definitely thought we were somebody else. She kept mentioning china and how Jesus christ lives again and other stuff. It was cool.
Life has been awesome and I'm about to finish the Book of Mormon. It's truly amazing to see how much the Book of Mormon has changed my life the past couple of years! I was reading a scripture this week that really stuck out to me from the Book of Ether
"Behold, O Lord, thou canst do this. We know that thou art able to show forth great power, which looks small unto the understanding of men."
I have seen this to be true throughout my mission when I have really looked for it. God shows forth great power that looks small to others sometimes. I know that many things that have happened on my mission have been thanks to the power of God! I can think of soo many small instances throughout my mission that where God truly guided me or somebody else to show forth his power. God loves us and wants to bless us every day of our life. When we have the faith and Confidence in him, he is able to show forth his great power!
I love you all! Have a great week!
