Lots Of Baptisms

Yoo what's up everybody! My p day got switched to a Tuesday this week so that's why this email is a day late. This email might be pretty short cause I don't totally know what to write about. I'm currently driving to Slovakia so this past week has been a lot of preparing for that. I'm giving A presentation to all the Slovakia missionaries later today on some social media stuff so I'm super excited to finally get to go to slovakia for my first time. My next email will be loaded with a lot of crazy stuff!  This week low key flew by and I don't really know what happened. We have 2 of our friend on bap date which is great. I've been teaching them for a while, my entire mission so it's super exciting. Peter has been getting pushed back for a while but now he's officially getting baptized on March 7th which is so sick!! Our Prague district has a baptism on the 6,7,8 and 9th of march!! It's going to be so cool and that never happens here so we are ex...

Middy Transfers

Image
These past 2 weeks have been some of the best two weeks of my mission filled with so much joy. I don't know why tho because we have had absolutely no success. This week was an absolute grind and we had a lot of fun doing it.  We have mid transfers today and pretty much the entire mission got switched up. It's the 11th week of our 15 week transfer so prez made a lot of changes. BUT, me and my comp didnt get affected at all and we get to be in Prague for one more month which is going to be so lit. I'm like 90 percent sure I'm leaving Prague at the end of March but I really don't know. Prague is the best, so I'm trying to stay here as long as I can.  On Wednesday I looked at our schedule in the morning and we didn't have a single thing on our schedule. So I started to think of a way that I could find one single person that will come to church, take a book of Mormon, or want to meet with us later in the week. If i just got one person that wanted to do one of tho...

Hodne Sluzba This Week

Image
Hodne Sluzba this week. We spent about 8 hours this week helping a part member family move. It was low key brutal because they had to be out of their apartment about a week ago and hadn’t even started packing. So we helped them for a while and then the ward hopefully finished it all up yesterday.  On wednesday me and my comp got invited to be in a 12 missionary choir. I do not know how. We both are pretty terrible at singing. But we spent most of Wednesday practicing and then went to another church ceremony thing (it was really weird and interesting) and sang for them. They had about 4 members of their ward and they were all over 60. So probably not worth our time at all but it was fun to be with a lot of the other missionaries.  Thursday was fire cause we went on a little contacting exchange thing with Elder Rowe and Wagner. It was pouring rain and cold all day but we were outside for a few hours talking with everybody and it was a lot of fun. I got to run it back with elder ...

Head Buzzed

Image
Yoo wass good. Last monday on P day I asked one of the sisters to give me a haircut. She was giving me a nice haircut but then accidentally took off a little too much of my hair so the only option was a buzz cut. So now I have a buzz cut.  This week was pretty lit tho, on Tuesday we had a good lesson with Peter and put him on date officially for February 15 if everything goes well. So that's really cool.  Thursday we had exchanges with the ZLs so I was with Elder Millet all day. He's from AZ and went to Mountain View so it was cool. We had a lesson with Peter again and did some fire contacting. That means that in like 2 hours we had 4 people that stopped to talk with us so it was great. We got 2 of their contacts and they both ghosted us. But in the moment it felt like a huge success haha. We had 6 elders at our apartment that night so it was fun.  Friday was Zone Conference so we got to see our whole zone and it was fun. We gave a fire presentation about some social medi...
