Whats up!?  This week, pretty much like nothing happened. We haven't been able to have a lesson in almost 2 weeks and our top investigator I'd pretty much just not responding to us at all. I never thought it could be so hard to find somebody to teach but oh man it's hard haha. Me and Elder Hinckley got to the area and thought it was going to take off. It's been about 3 years since this area has had a baptism and it was closed for the past couple months. It's just not going how we liked, but are praying that the next 5 weeks our area will change. We have some amazing members here tho.  This week was full of finding on the streets, knocking doors, a couple DL things and a trip to znojmo.  Znojmo is an area like an hour away and it was really pretty. It's really hard to get to, we actually got off on the wrong bus stop. We met some really cool people but one of them already blocked us and the other one won't respond, kind of sad. This week was pretty solid. Theres honestly like nothing happening here in our area haha. We are working hard and smart and doing our best but these people are just crazy and brutal up to this point. Super excited to see what miracles this week holds tho. I'm gonna share 2 miracles/tender mercies from this week. The first one was pretty much the only lesson we had this week and it was with a ukrainian man named Bohdan. We talked to this man on the street about 5 weeks ago and we shared about the book of mormon and he asked if it was free, so we said yes and he took the Book out of my hand haha. We told him we had a ukrainian but he said it's ok, and he took the czech one. I genuinely don't think he understands a single word in the book, but it was enough i guess. We met with him a couple days later and it was honestly super hard to understand him, he speaks about 50 percent czech and 50 percent ukrainian. We had that first lesson a long time ago and gave him a ukrainin Book...

Another week in Třebič and it was a pretty good one. The work is still going super slow here but we are working hard and having a really good time. I think the people here are just extremely brutal haha because it's just a big struggle to have a single lesson with anybody. I do know that it's a great time for growth and there is no other time in my life where I will be doing anything like this so im not taking any second for granted.  We decided we were going to go pantalocking as district for 1 hour ever dsy of the week and that was fun. Pantalocks are buildings that the Germans built during communism that are just everywhere here. It's pretty much just a flat that has like 8 floors so we knock on all the doors. I've done about 50 hours or something in total door knocking on my mission and still haven't had a single lesson come from it. It was a good effort this week and still didn't find anybody but we gave lots of people the opportunity to hear the gospel.  W...

I sent out my email already, but elder Hinckley wrote it so much better than me, so Im just going to copy and paste it from him haha That's right, the very next day Elder  Winegar  and I went outside around 2 o'clock and talked with all the teenagers that just got out of school. We approach a group of 5 probably 16 year old menacing kids. Elder  Winegar  asks them if they want to play sports with us. They reply with a no and a chorus of snickers, mocking the strangers who just approached them. Elder  Winegar  then hits them with the big question, "do you guys believe in God?" More laughter and mocking fired toward the young missionaries. But just when these Elders were losing faith that these boys were elect, one of the boys answers and says, "I believe in God." Immediately the boy's own friends laugh at him and mock his faith. But the boy stays true to what he believes. The Elders act quick and Elder  Winegar  immediately starts talking to the on...

Whats upp again everybody!?? I hope you are all going great! This weel was super crazy uneventful. Like genuinely. But general conference was amazing and that was for sure a highlight of the week.  This week we have really been praying and fasting just to be able to find one person who is ready and that could be another priesthood Holder for our branch here in trebic. Things are still just going crazy slow here and it feels like nobody wants to talk with us... like at all haha. More than 85 percent of our conversations these days are lasting more than 10-15 seconds but we have been talking to soo many people which is great.  One quick tender mercy we saw this week, was that we were contacting on friday around the time school was out. The only people on the streets were 14-17 year old kids. I'm not sure what the age limit is for who we are allowed to talk with but we did pretty great at talking with everybody.
